Our mentors work in aviation right now — flight instruction, aircraft maintenance, airport operations, and the flight deck. When you ask what a rating really costs, how to get signed off, or whether a maintenance career is worth it, the answer comes from someone who has done it.

The program is open at every level. Student pilots deciding whether to keep going, private pilots weighing an instrument rating, mechanics working toward an A&P, and people who have never touched an aircraft but keep thinking about it. Tell us where you are and we will point you to the right person.
